- Applying for credit for manufacturer leads
- Checking for unmatched emails
- Clearing out and monitoring old follow up calls,emails and appointments customer data base.
- Updating the white boards daily.
- Checking for old aged inventory without pictures and making sure the keys are ready for the photographer.
- “Booking out” deals in DealerTrack and VAuto
- Tracking customers who have been assigned to Salepeople and create lists for the team to track and follow up with.
- Daily lead sales review
Weekly / Monthly Tasks:
- Audit lead sources twice a week.
- Check the ” Source” field in the computer
- Go through the marketing report and see if there are any customers that need to be followed up with.
